Located in the city of Tamarac, Florida on the Colony West Country Club, this hotel will have 120 rooms on 5 floors situated on 2.7 acres. The Country Club will remain in operation and houses a professional golf course with easy access to Fort Lauderdale Airport, the Sawgrass Hills Mall and near the Florida Turnpike.

STAYBRIDGE by Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) at Miami International Airport is a hotel development Project in the Palmer Lake area located within a one mile radius of the Miami International Airport and the new Intermodal Miami Transportation Center. The Project consists of a six story 153 room hotel that will operate under the STAYBRIDGE flag of the Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) family of hotels. With its modern design the project will include commercial areas and restaurants, as well as ample parking facilities that will offer services such as Park & Fly, due to its proximity to the international airport and convenient access to major roads, highways, and train stations.
